The current 2018/19 committee will not be standing “as a committee”, for re-election for the 2020 Avon Group committee, at the Avon Groups 41st AGM.  
Individuals, however, may wish to and be agreeable to support a new committee, if requested.
​Any Avon Group member's wishing to stand for the Avon Group 2020 committee, please complete  a nomination form (attached) and sent to the group secretary at avon18sec@gmail.com.  At least a week before the dates of the Avon Group 41st AGM."

The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Avon Group Motor Caravanners' Club will take place at 11.00 am on Saturday 19th October 2019, preceded at 10.30 am by an Open Forum.  

The Members' Meeting will follow the AGM.  

Current membership cards shall be produced on arrival when signing in..  
 
Directions 
 
Exit M5 at Junction 22 and at the roundabout take the third exit onto the A38 s/p Bristol/Weston Super Mare. Turn right just after passing West Country Motorhomes into Harp Road at the side of the Fox and Goose p/h. Follow this road for about 3 Miles to the crossroads and turn left onto Mark Causeway. Follow Mark Causeway and at the White Horse public house turn left and follow MCC signs Site in 200 yds. 

COST:                    £1.00 per member. 

 Start Time:      Arrive by 10.15am for prompt start at 10.30. Finish at 3.00pm
