A relaxing
canal-side site at the end of the Somerset Coal Canal. The Visitor
Centre is nearby. From here you can join the Kennet and Avon on foot,
by bicycle or boat, beside the Dundas Aquaduct which carries the canal
high over the River Avon. You can then travel along the Limpley Stoke
Valley through the quiet hamlet of Avoncliff to the old wool town of
Bradford on Avon; or to the Georgian City of Bath, which meets the
waterway through the tunnels of Sydney Gardens. |

BOOKABLE - LIMITED TO 50 UNITS. There will be two Steam
Train/Charabanc trips (Thursday and Monday) at a cost of £15.50 pp
payable on booking. These trips are also bookable and limited to 22

The Balloon
Fiesta is immediately across the road from the rally field. Entrance to
the festival is completely free. Weather permitting there will be two
night-glows followed by firework displays, (Thursday and Saturday
evenings), six mass balloon ascents (early morning and early evening on
each day), musical concerts, free samples, side stalls, helicopter
rides, a fun fair, a Red Arrows display and much more.
