The 40th Annual General Meeting of the Avon Group Motor Caravanners' Club will take place at 11.00 am on Saturday 20th October 2018, preceded at 10.30 am by an Open Forum. The Members' Meeting will follow the AGM. Current membership cards must be produced.
The weekend will include club entertainment on the Friday, bring your own drinks. Saturday night the bar will be open and and we are reviewing having professional entertainment.
Sunday Lunch is available on request and can be booked in advance via the Secretary (avon18sec@gmail.com) or please request when booking in on arrival.
Large open hard standing area for pitching. Farm Shop with cafe serving teas, coffee, cooked breakfast and much more. Heated function room. Bus stop outside for shopping at Cribbs Causeway Mall or into Bristol and beyond. A Car Boot Sale is usually held on Saturdays.
Directions:
Exit the M5 at Junction 17 (the Cribbs Causeway junction). Take the B4055 sign posted Severn Beach. After about a mile you will reach Easter Compton. Pass through the village and watch for the wide Easter Compton Farm Shop entrance on the right. Turn in here and follow MCC signs.
Cost: £13.00 pupn + £0:50 PUPN Admin fee.
Note: Members arriving by car will be charged £1:00 per member, not per Car.

It was proposed and agreed by the 2018 committee at our Dawlish Committee meeting to inform Avon group members that the current 2018 committee will not be standing “as a committee”, for re-election for the 2019 Avon Group committee, at the Avon Groups 40th AGM.
Individuals, however, may wish to and be agreeable to support a new committee, if requested.
Any Avon Group member's wishing to stand for the Avon Group 2019 committee, please complete a nomination form (attached) and sent to the group secretary at avon18sec@gmail.com. At least a week before the dates of the Avon Group 40th AGM."
