The Diamond Jubilee Rally  21st – 26th May 2020

We are again looking for Boules pairs to take part in the intergroup Boules Competition.

We are looking to hold a games afternoon on the Friday, is there anyone in your group that would be willing to organise a Whist Drive / Beetle Drive / Domino Knockout / curling etc, or any other type of game inside or out which you would be willing to organise. is there a Group out there that would be willing to organise the whole games afternoon, if so it would be very much appreciated as we would like to get as many Groups as possible involved in our Jubilee Rally.

If you are planning to go to the MCC Diamond Jubilee National Rally at Malvern Show Ground and support the Avon Group.

Please can you inform our secretary, Katherine Clark.

Also we have received the following requested from COM's asking if any member from our group would be prepared to man the tea/coffee stand. 

Also head office asking for names of those wishing to take part in the boules pairs inter group tournament, plus anyone prepared to run a games activity on the Friday afternoon.
