MCC MONTHLY MAGAZINE DISTRIBUTION COVID 19 MESSAGE
Hello all, by now you should have received your copy of the April edition of the Motor Caravanners Magazine. Because if the Covid 19 restrictions the printers are now closed for the duration and we will be sending out a Newsletter to all possible members starting with the May 2020 magazine stand in.
Preparation of that Newsletter is well underway, and it will be sent out by email and published on the Club website. A link will be placed on Facebook, but since the Newsletter will contain information etc specifically to the advantage of members of the club, we cannot just post the text on Facebook as this is accessed by non-members of the club.
However, if you have not registered an email address on your membership profile or have changed your email service provider (say from freeserve to Gmail etc) and have not told us, then you will not receive the newsletter.
I have now sent out an email to about 3500 members with registered email addresses, but 250 plus have returned as not recognised. If you received that email, don’t forget to check your SPAM box, then you need DO NOTHING, not even acknowledge receipt. The email will come from an unmonitored email account (donotreply@themotorcaravannersclub.co.uk) so you will only be wasting your time.
BUT, if you HAVEN’T received the email, then either you have no email address registered or you have an old or inaccurate address registered.
In that case I would ask you to email us with the correct email address to the following email account updateemail@themotorcaravannersclub.co.uk
You need to advise the following:
Membership Number
Lead Member Name
Updated email address
Do not send it to the office email account nor to any other club email account. Ron is manning the office single handed and is somewhat busy. Sending to the ‘update email’ account will separate the issues an allow us to handle the change easier.

JULY 2020 ADDITION OF MCC CLUB NEWSLETTER
MCC Members Club Newsletter - Access
Hello fellow Members
Be advised that the July edition of the stand in monthly newsletter has now been published.
It’s likely that this will be the last newsletter of its kind and that the monthly magazine will return in the August edition.
There are a few ways you can access it:
You can find a link to a remote server holding the newsletter by following the link from the home page of the members portal.
Goto www.themotorcaravannersclub.co.uk log into the members side and the link starts at the top of the rhs of the page under Announcements etc.
You will need to log into the club website ( www.themotorcaravannersclub.co.uk )
If you haven’t registered for the website you will need your membership number and your registered email address.
In the bookcase you will find archived copies of several years’ worth of monthly magazines including the two newsletters we have now published.
Alternatively: via the club website, look under the Information Area menu tab on the members side of the website look down the listing until you find the CLUB MAGAZINE & BOOKCASE click that and find archived copies of all our magazines and the one in the top row, left side is the latest Newsletter.
